You need to read the instructions to see how to make the sling longer. Page 1 of the instruction images attached explain how to reposition the sling material with its Chicago Screws to make the sling longer - easy to do!! :-)
The instructions are printed on the interior of the packaging in very tiny print and easy to miss. I had to scan and enlarge the instructions to be able to read them. (Boyt, perhaps print an ENLARGED 8.5x11 or 8.5x14 copy of the instructions to package with the sling.) :-)

In the most extended position, sling is still too short .

The extended sling extends 5inches max. is still way too short. Don't know how anyone can make it work.
