Q: Does the Boyt 83005 have an auto lock feature if the password is incorrect to many times? Does it show the number of tried attempts? These are just a few questions I have, if you could answer them that would be great. Thanks

A: Hi Ricky, Yes there is a "Lockout" Mode: LOCK-OUT MODE: "If you enter a wrong code, the safe will beep three times and the display will say “Error”. If you enter the wrong code three times the safe will go into lock out mode. The display will say “Hold” and the keypad will cease to function for three minutes. After three minutes the safe will return to normal mode and you can input your combination code as usual" Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you, Briana

A: Paula, The internal dimensions of this vault are 13.5″ x 9.75″ x 9″ I am not sure what your guns measure so I am not able to answer completely.

Q: I have entered my code to open my and it responds with "secure" "good" and doesn't open??

A: Amanda, If your batteries are becoming weak, they might not have what is needed to open the door. You may need to assist a little bit. If you are still able to use the key, I might suggest putting in fresh batteries. Call customer service if you still have issues. 1-800-550-2698
